WELDING COURSE

Target audience and purpose

• This course, both practical and theoretical, is intended for anyone who wants to start welding professionally, in order to meet the demands of skilled work in a competent manner and with a correct approach.
• The course is also useful for welding operators who want to improve their professional skills.

Program

• Theoretical introduction and metallurgy concepts applied to welding;
• WPS and PQR reading;
• The safety and proper use of the delivered protective equipment (PPE);
• Use of basic and filler materials;
• The importance of part geometry (only in the full 40-hour course);
• Illustration of the functionality and adjustment of welding machines and new technologies on the market;
• Demonstrations and examples performed by a qualified instructor;
• Production of welded test pieces and process analysis;
• Development of the manual skills needed in welding;
• Solutions to avoid mistakes;
• Knowledge of welding processes, destructive and non-destructive testing, technical treatments.

Material provided: training material, specific safety equipment (gloves, goggles, fireproof cap, etc.), basic material to weld on (carbon steel). filler material will be provided.

Certificate: A certificate of attendance will be issued, and upon passing the final examination, the Welder's Patent, in accordance with EN standards. The candidate may receive job offers from our Group.

Course location: Ripalta Cremasca –  Frazione di San Michele - Via Delle Industrie n° 8  - 

Duration and timetable: 40 hours per module - to be agreed according to the availability of the instructors in charge.

INDUSTRIAL TUBE COURSE

Target audience and purpose

• Un Tubista specializzato, si occupa a 360° di tutte le attività relative alla costruzione, montaggio e riparazione di tubazioni:
• Durante il nostro Corso, imparerai a conoscere i diversi materiali e pezzi necessari per costruire le linee di tubazioni, infatti utilizzerai e monterai tubi, flange, raccordi, valvole, guarnizioni, ecc. Utilizzerai strumenti di misura, attrezzature, e utensili, come: livella a bolla, calibri, metri, compassi, mole-smerigliatrici, cavalletti per tubi, saldatrice, sega a nastro, accoppiatori, tagliatubi, ecc.
• Studia e pianifica il progetto da realizzare, prende le misure sul campo, svolge rilievi in opera, sceglie e raccoglie il materiale necessari seguendo le specifiche del progetto, traccia i tubi che deve lavorare, esegue gli smussi sul tubo,  assembla tubi con altri tubi, flange, raccordi, valvole in modo da costruire delle linee di tubazioni e monta in impianto le tubazioni prefabbricate.

Program

• Alfabetizzazione del Piping
• Strumenti di lavoro: cannello; taglio plasma, taglio a freddo, puntatura
• Organizzazione del banco da lavoro
• Lettura del disegno e assemblaggio
• Distinzione dei vari materiali di Raccorderia (tubi, flange, valvole, raccordi, ecc)
• Assemblaggio e montaggio delle tubazioni.

Material provided teaching materials, specific safety equipment (gloves, goggles, fireproof headphones, etc.) and supplies will be provided.

Certificate: A certificate of attendance will be issued, and upon passing the final examination, the Welder's Patent, in accordance with EN standards. The candidate may receive job offers from our Group.

Duration and timetable:  The Tubist Course is theoretical, but above all very practical. It lasts 120 hours and takes place in 1 intensive month in a metal workshop. You are supervised by instructors and inspectors who are real pipe fitters with many years of experience.
